Charming air-conditioned house of 96 square meters that can accommodate 4 people .
In a quiet residence with swimming pool (8am to 8pm), tennis court (racket not provided) and petanque .
The residence is close to all amenities, 5 minutes by car from the seaside, 15 minutes from the airport, 1 kilometer from the old village.
This house consists of an independent kitchen fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher ......
A spacious living room with sofa and flat screen .
An outdoor with barbecue.
Upstairs two spacious bedrooms ( king size bed) with flat screen, each has an en suite bathroom ( one with bath and the other with a shower)
Washing machine and WiFi available
Linen and towels provided as well as bathrobes and pool towels.
