About this house rental
Spacious 6-bedroom retreat in Mansfield with stunning mountain views, open-plan living, billiards/air-hockey table, and undercover patio. Spot kangaroos and constellations, explore nearby lakes, trails, and snowfields. Less than 5 mins to town. Perfect for family, or multi-family getaways year-round. Includes ducted heating/cooling, wood fire, full kitchen, BBQ, quiet bedrooms, and Mt Buller views from the 2-acre yard. SECURITY DEPOSIT — $500
A $500 refundable security deposit applies to your stay. It is released in full within 7 days of check-out provided the property is left in good condition and all rubbish is handled correctly:
Recycling and green waste sorted correctly into their bins — no general waste in either.
All general waste in the general waste bin, with the lid fully closed.
Any excess rubbish that does not fit must be taken with you — the Mansfield Waste Recovery Centre is 5 minutes away at 163 Monkey Gully Road, Mansfield (just south of Highton Lane).
The property left tidy and undamaged, needing no more than a normal clean.
If bins are unsorted or overflowing, excess rubbish is left behind, or the property is damaged or left in poor condition, part or all of the deposit will be retained to cover sorting, rubbish removal, extra cleaning or repairs.

We had a fabulous stay and would happily stay here again. The accommodation was lovely, incredibly comfortable, and much more spacious than we expected. It was the perfect place for our large group of friends to get together, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together.Karen was a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and great to communicate with throughout our stay. We really appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially larger groups looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay.

It has been a wonderful experience where the place is in excellent conditions & located 45 mins away from Mt Buller. Highly recommended for those who are looking to stay with family & friends
