In the shade of the apple tree, it is located in the old school of the village of Ruynes-en-Margeride. This small business opened its doors in 2024, in the heart of the village of Ruynes, to offer three activities: * a grocery store: local, farm, seasonal and mostly organic products. PGJyPg Organic and seasonal fruits and vegetables, local cheeses by the slice, fresh produce, savory and sweet groceries, drinks, fresh pastries, hygiene and beauty products, household cleaning supplies, local crafts, and souvenirs. PGJyPg* A snack bar: eat in or take away, featuring local and seasonal grocery products, sandwiches, wraps, open-faced sandwiches and soups, cheese and charcuterie boards, cookies, biscuits, ice cream, and sorbets. PGJyPg* Accommodation: the renovation was done with eco-friendly materials, and the furnishings blend many antique pieces with a touch of modern style. This gives the house a warm, friendly and cozy atmosphere. The accommodations are located on the two floors above the grocery store. It consists of 5 bright, simple and comfortable bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a double bed, a table and two chairs, and a small wardrobe. On the first floor are the Hoopoe, Red Kite, and Eurasian Curlew rooms. Also located here is the large living area with a lounge, a library, a games room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a small oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, recycling bins, crockery, and cooking utensils. On the second floor is the attic with exposed beams (mind your head if you are over 1.70 meters tall). The Jay and Little Owl rooms are also located here. This room also has a single bed, a small sitting area, and a desk. In the attic, you'll find a small living room with a lounge area, a library, a games room, a table and four chairs, and a children's play area. Children are welcome; a crib is available upon request. However, the cottage is not equipped with child safety features (stairs, windows, doors, kitchen, etc.), so I draw your attention to the safety of young children in the house. On the first floor, there is a luggage room for your strollers, suitcases, bulky items, or equipment, including wet or soiled bicycles or motorcycles. Parking is readily available around the house. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathrooms are stocked with soap and toilet paper. The kitchen is stocked with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, ground coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar cubes, and coffee filters. Wi-Fi access is available (as well as an RJ45 socket in each room). Breakfast, picnic baskets, and dinner baskets are available in addition to the booking. Pets are welcome; please discuss conditions before booking. The accommodations are strictly non-smoking/vaping. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, even by the window. You must leave the building, leaving the door closed behind you, to smoke/vape. Cleaning is included; however, please put away all the dishes after washing them, dispose of all trash, and return any furniture to its original position if you have moved it. Arrival: I will receive you between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please check in at the grocery store. A later arrival is possible after we have agreed upon it. Luggage drop-off before 4:00 PM is possible with prior agreement from the establishment. Departure: It is before 12:00 PM. Between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM Lock your room and the front door, then give me the keys at the grocery store.
