The mansard-ceiling dining area, with a table for eight, opens to both sides of the outdoor space, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a gas hob, oven, microwave, and espresso machines. Outdoors, the spacious terrace includes a gas barbecue, loungers, and shaded pergola seating on travertine floors. At sunset, the scene transforms with beautiful lighting, enhancing the serene ambiance. All three air-conditioned bedrooms feature ocean views, private bathrooms, desks, and mini fridges. Two are adjacent to the living room, while the third is in a separate bungalow with added privacy.

Guests have full access to the villa and all its amenities, including the infinity pool, terrace, gas barbecue, and Wi-Fi. Each bedroom includes direct access to the terrace and outdoor seating areas.

Air conditioning is available throughout the villa and must be used responsibly. Guests agree to keep windows and doors closed while in use and to turn it off when leaving. Excessive or inappropriate use may result in deductions from the security deposit. In the event of a system failure not caused by the guest, the owner will act promptly to resolve the issue. No compensation is offered unless the system is unusable for more than 48 hours during periods of high temperature. Wi-Fi is included and intended for reasonable and lawful use only. Temporary service interruptions or external provider issues are not grounds for compensation.
