The villa is designed in a contemporary style with warm neutral tones and natural materials. The spacious main living area opens to the terrace and the view, while a second, enclosed and air-conditioned lounge offers a more private atmosphere, ideal for movie nights. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances including a wine cellar and three refrigerators, and is paired with an indoor dining space under a vaulted ceiling and a separate outdoor dining area in a gazebo. The large terrace features a 4 x 10 m heated half-moon shaped infinity pool, sun loungers, a garden lounge, and a barbecue area, all facing sweeping ocean views.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the four bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, private heated pool, gardens, and parking. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and full kitchen and entertainment amenities are also available for guest use.

Situated in the private Paires estate in Petite Saline, the property offers peace and quiet while being just a few minutes from the pristine beaches of Salines and Lorient. The elevated location provides exceptional sunset views and a relaxing tropical setting.

Private parking is available at the entrance of the property. Local transportation options include rental cars or taxis to explore nearby beaches and towns.

Other Things to Note:
The heated pool is available from November 15 to April 30 and maintains a water temperature between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions. In case of extreme weather or system failure, the owner is not liable for temperatures below the specified range if standard precautions have been followed.
Air conditioning is provided throughout the property. Guests are expected to use it responsibly, keeping windows and doors closed while in use. Misuse may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Free Wi-Fi is included and intended for lawful and reasonable use. The owner is not responsible for service interruptions beyond their control.
