About this house rental
The perfect seaside retreat for a relaxing holiday. Large enough for the whole family whilst still cosy enough to make some awesome memories.
Enjoy your morning cuppa on the veranda while watching the waves roll in or the whales during their migration.
Maybe take a stroll to one of the many beaches, all within walking distance from your accommodation. If you’re a keen fisherman, you may want to bring your rod.
In the afternoon, relax in one of the many outdoor areas, have a swim in the pool or just take in the amazing ocean views. Go to sleep to the sound of the ocean.
Spacious family home with pool. Located on the headland with track access to Grants Beach, Bartlett Beach and Sharkies Beach.
Enjoy time on the verandah with the cool summer breezes, overlooking the ocean in every direction.
Relax in the backyard, in the undercover entertaining areas or on the open deck lounging around the pool.
There is also a grassy area out the back with a lovely garden to enjoy.
You will no doubt fall in love with this property. The location provides spectacular mountain and ocean views.
The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, quality kitchen ware, pots, pans and utensils. There is a coffee machine, dishwasher/ dryer, clothesline, free Telstra wifi and smart tv.
Comprising two stories, there are three bedrooms upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs that provide just the right amount of space for the whole family.
Your beds are made with fresh, quality linen and bath towels are also provided for your stay. The only linen you need to bring is beach towels if you plan on going to the beach. (Five minute walk on track).
The kitchen and two generous living areas are upstairs and provide a great place to come together for great meals, cool drinks and ocean views.
Some amazing bird life also call this home from black cockatoos, sea eagles, butcher birds, lorikeets, kookaburras, magpies, eastern spinebills and even an owl or two to name just a few.
You may also see para gliders drifting through the skies. They launch from Grants Head or Middle Brother.
PARKING
There is no access to the garage, however there is sufficient room in the driveway to park three cars. There is plenty of free street parking. Sufficient parking to accommodate large vehicles, boats, trailers etc.
PET FRIENDLY WITH PRE APPROVAL ONLY
Pets are allowed with pre approval. Please reach out to me so I can assess the suitability. Well behaved, mature, non shedding small dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding nor are they allowed in the pool. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property. Please note that while the backyard is fenced, dogs could escape the yard if they are determined. All dog waste is to be picked up and disposed of.

Tim was so welcoming and responsive from when we first reserved the property to after we checked out. We’ll definitely be returning to the Seascape retreat. Lovely bush walks right at the door step, great spots close by for the sunset if you aren’t already watching it from the balcony. Beautiful house and location!
