Great staff wonderful views good dinners

Wonderful staff compensated for chaotic services and basic room The room was more dormitory standard. Poor bedding, no bedside lights or table , no cups, glasses or amenities 2 towels and a bath mat , one room PowerPoint , 2 small basic shampoos. Breakfast was chaos No buffet , no menu, tables not set, different staff every day . No evidence of pattern, planning or consistency, The second morning the hotel was setting up for a wedding for 80 people. Tables already set in dining are, deck already converted for ceremony. No breakfast organised at all. We and a few other guests felt sidelined and in the way. Wedding guests took over the place. The wedding planner finally got us some breakfast. Total lack of management , poor decision to add wedding to ongoing guests made uncomfortable situation. Cheerful and willing staff constantly trying to compensate for lack of basic services A dreadfully led and managed property , great staff , good evening meals in the circumstances And just to add to the chaos - the last several kilometres of road to the property was all roadworks half of the entire length had the surface removed the remaining bitumen was barely one car wide there were raised metal drain covers , sharp edges and a precipitous drop off on the gravel stripped side. Barely traffic able , quite dangerous. No warning from hotel to guests

Very friendly stuff, we arrived a bit late and still got very tasty dinner! Hotel is in very nice place, cozy rooms, food is exceptional.

Lovely staff, great views, a nice buffet.. Room was comfy and clean. We came in the summer so could park next to hotel which was great.

Very nice location of proprety, ski to door.

Parking is located at the front of hotel. It was very snowy that day and snow was not cleaned in front of hotel. We had unpleasant supprise that my firend fell in front of hotel because of uncleaned snow and broke leg.
