About this house rental

Previously owned by the creator of the “Go dawgs, sic ‘em” cheer, Claude McBride, this home is perfect for any Dawg’s getaway. Located 1 block away from the heart of Athens' historic 5 points, guests are only a short walk away from a variety of local restaurants and the many UGA Sports Facilities (Sanford Stadium-1.5 miles, Foley Field Stadium-1 mile, Stegeman Coliseum-1 mile). Everything UGA from sports, bars, restaurants are within walking distance.

The only issue was we thought the king size bed was the master and it is not. We were disappointed. Otherwise house was great. Location superb.

The location is really convenient. The location and host can’t be beat. Easy check in, very responsive, great neighborhood and easy walk to everything.

We stayed at this property as the visiting team’s alum for a UGA game. The house was perfect, and the owner, who knew we were the opposing team’s fans, was very gracious, helpful, and accommodating. Southern hospitality at its best. I enjoyed this property and a game day in Athens. We will return again!
