Inside, you’ll find a cozy, thoughtfully furnished space with comfortable seating, stylish décor, and plenty of room to settle in and feel right at home.
Don’t forget to enjoy the community pool for a refreshing dip, and make the most of the community beach access for long walks, shell hunting, and sun soaked fun. Access is easy with both a ramp and stairs leading to the first floor, where the community elevator begins. Your slice of paradise is waiting.

Your beach house rental is located approximately 4.7 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge or 12.7 miles from the Surf City High Rise Bridge. You’ll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead’s Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
