Checked a lot of boxes. Great view, only steps to ocean, clean / newly reno. I mentioned to prop manager some attn to details was missing such as salt and pepper shakers, ice cube trays, etc. also, bed was hard as a rock and couch was not comfy. Not enough seating in LR. I’d also ass need more towel bars. If this place is for 4-6 guests, one 20” towel bar won’t cut it. Also, bedrooms and LR need ceiling fans.
