Entering through the secure rear entrance of the hotel building, you are greeted by a quiet and practical home just above the city buzz. The living area is simple yet functional, with an oversized L-shaped sofa and TV, ideal for putting your feet up after a day out.
The kitchenette includes a small oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing quick bites. Nearby, a dining nook with seating for two and a tranquil view offers a lovely spot for enjoying takeaways or your morning coffee.
Tucked away from the living area, the bedroom offers a quiet retreat with a queen-size bed, practical storage, and a direct view of tranquil St David’s Park. The adjoining ensuite features a glass-walled shower, toilet, and basin, providing all the essentials to unwind or refresh. A washer is discreetly placed in the bathroom, making it easy to keep up with laundry during longer stays.
Stay comfortable in any season with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area, along with portable fans for added airflow. A highchair and a portacot are available on request for the little ones. While there’s no on-site parking, a bus stop just steps away makes getting around Hobart easy and convenient. Nearby off-premises paid parking is also available. The apartment is accessible via a lift.
