Enjoy your stay at this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4. King size bed in the bedroom queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. on top of the common courtyard amenities like the pool , double swing chairs with firepit as well as outdoor badminton net there`s a small private patio for you to sit and enjoy with solar string lights. if you want to step out there are so many great restaurants near by to enjoy a night out

We strictly abide by city, county, and state regulations, as well as uphold our responsibility to maintain the integrity of our neighborhood. Additionally, we take a strong stance against illegal activities, including the fight against child trafficking. To ensure a safe and secure environment for all, we have partnered with `Know Your Guest` (Superhog) for guest screening.
Guest Verification Process: Before your booking begins, you will be required to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You’ll also need to choose between two options for security:
Damage Waiver (Non-refundable) – $25 via Superhog.
Security Deposit (Refundable) – $250, which can take 5-10 business days to be refunded.
These measures are in place to prevent:
- Unauthorized large gatherings or parties.
- Disruptions to neighbors or the neighborhood.
- Third-party bookings using someone else’s profile.
- Any stays approved for 28 days or longer will require the guest to sign a formal lease agreement and/or complete process with affiliated Arizona Real Estate Brokerage or property owner. This ensures the protection of both parties for extended stays.
Please Note: After your reservation is confirmed, you will be prompted to validate your information through Know Your Guest and select one of the two options mentioned above.
There will be NO REFUNDS if you choose not to comply with this verification software.
