About this apartment rental
The Möwe vacation rental is located on the first floor. It is the largest of our small apartments and can accommodate up to 3 people. The color scheme and furnishings create a beach house atmosphere. A narrow hallway connects the open-concept living/dining area—featuring a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and satellite TV—on the side facing the old town to the bedroom on the lake side, which has a large double bed. In between, on the left side of the hallway, is the bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and on the right side of the hallway is the separate toilet. The sofa in the living area folds out into a double bed, providing a sleeping option for a third person.

Welcome to our lakeside home—a historic half-timbered farmhouse with a large garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming area, boat dock, and lakeside terrace. The individual apartments accommodate 2 to a maximum of 5 people, depending on their size. All vacation apartments feature free Wi-Fi and access to the garden with a sun deck, large lawn, swimming area, two docks with boat moorings, and a lakeside terrace. Pets are allowed in some apartments. The apartments, like all other interior spaces in the buildings, are non-smoking areas.
Starter kit contents: 1 bath mat, 1 dish towel, 1 cleaning sponge, 1 dishcloth, 2 dishwasher tablets, dish soap, liquid soap, salt, pepper, 5 filter bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper
Available upon request from the landlord:
- Guest mooring for boats (additional charge—2 € per meter)
Boat use: For trips of up to 2 hours (not for fishing), use of our rowboat “Sülwerhoop” is free of charge. For longer trips and fishing, we offer a 15-PS motorboat (no license required) and the dinghy “Smaltauer” for rent.
A grill, fire pit, and smoker are available upon request.
A free parking space is available for each vacation rental.
A housekeeper is available on-site to assist you with any questions or requests.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
