The 550 m² property with ocean views is fully fenced and offers complete privacy.
Whether it’s long walks along the dike, playful splashing in the water, or relaxing evenings by the fireplace: Deichtraum offers you and your dogs the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation.
Numerous recreational activities are within walking distance of the vacation home: fish stands, restaurants, an ice cream shop, bike rentals, a mini-golf course, and much more.

Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove or relax in the sauna. A seasonal beach chair right outside the house also provides moments of relaxation and well-being.
Entertainment is also taken care of: You can use DAZN and Netflix for free. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to embark on culinary adventures, and on the private terrace, you can fully enjoy your privacy.
The vacation home accommodates up to 5 people in two double bedrooms and one single bedroom—ideal for families or friends.
A modern bathroom with a washing machine and a separate guest restroom are at your disposal.
Especially dog-friendly: Up to 5 dogs are welcome here free of charge. The property is completely fenced in, so your four-legged friends can roam freely.
On-site costs: The listed prices apply to a maximum occupancy of 5 people and include all consumption-based utilities as well as Wi-Fi, the sauna, and final cleaning.Upon receipt of the written booking confirmation, a deposit of up to 20% of the rental price, but at least EUR 200, is due. The balance may be paid by deposit or bank transfer to the owner’s account. The guest may cancel the contract at any time prior to the arrival date. As a result, the owner forfeits the right to the rental price; however, in this case, the owner will charge the following flat-rate cancellation fee, taking into account any expenses saved, with immediate due date:– Up to the 49th day before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price, with a minimum of EUR 200– up to the 35th day before the start of the trip: 30% of the rental price– up to the 21st day before the start of the trip: 60% of the rental price– up to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the trip price– otherwise, 100% of the trip priceIf the rental service is not utilized, the owner is obligated to rent the property to another party as soon as possible in order to avoid losses and minimize damages as much as possible. The owner is nevertheless entitled to a processing fee of 200 euros. It is recommended that you purchase travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to midnight.Check-out is possible from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A security deposit of 100€ will be charged. The security deposit is to be paid along with the remaining rent. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after the guest’s departure. A cash refund requires prior arrangement. Keys are provided via a key safe (MobileKey system). Dogs are allowed at no additional cost. During the early season (March 15 through April 30) and late season (October 1 through October 31), a tourist tax of €1.50 per person (ages 18 and older) per night will be charged on-site. During the high season (May 1 through September 30), a tourist tax of €3.00 per person (ages 18 and older) per night will be charged on-site. The tourist tax must be paid on the day of arrival at the Tourist Service office in Kalifornien or Schönberger Strand at bezahlen.Im. The base rate includes parking, Wi-Fi, the sauna, the fireplace, and multimedia (Netflix, DAZN). Please smoke outside. The rental property must be left swept clean upon departure.
