About this house rental
This 3 bedroom & 2 full bath home is set up to provide a wonderful stay for you and your family. Enjoy swimming in our salt water pool, fishing off our dock or enjoying the Caloosahatchee in a kayak.
As a family-friendly retreat, we've included amenities for the little ones, such as a highchair, pack 'n play, and children's dishes. There are also two living rooms, each with a smart TV, offering separate spaces for entertainment. For movie nights, you can take advantage of the 130-inch movie theater complete with seating for eight.
For those needing to work remotely, we offer two dedicated workspaces. One is located in the front living room, and for added privacy, there's another in the back bedroom where you can close the door. Both are equipped with surge protectors for your devices.
Each bedroom features a smart TV and charging stations. With two king beds and one queen bed, there's ample space for everyone. For a restful night's sleep, we provide a white noise machine and a box fan should you prefer some background sound.
During your stay, you can enjoy bike rides to the public beach, try fishing from your private dock, or simply relax and perhaps spot playful dolphins or manatees. We provide bikes and fishing poles for your use. The beautiful saltwater pool features fountains and a shallow lounge area for unwinding. Meals can be enjoyed on the lanai at the full-size dining area, and you can make use of the large Blackstone grill. We also have an outdoor shower for your convenience.
If you have a boat, feel free to bring it along and tie up at our private dock, which has running water and power available.
The two bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers, including one walk-in shower, for your comfort. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with dishwasher pods, dish soap, trash bags, and a selection of coffee and tea so you can settle in and relax in sunny Florida right away without needing an immediate trip to the supermarket.
We are also just a short drive from the lively nightlife of Cape Coral, with its fun bars offering live music, tiki vibes, and excellent restaurants.

To ensure you have the best possible experience during your stay, please note that our pool and yard are professionally maintained on a weekly basis. This typically occurs on Mondays and Tuesdays, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Our landscapers will be working outside and should not disturb you. The pool cleaner will need to access the lanai, but their visit is usually brief, lasting approximately 10 minutes, and they will not interfere with your enjoyment.

Ellen is an amazing host!!!!She has absolutely everything you need while vacationing in her home. She even thinks of those little extras that make you feel she wants you to have a great experience with no worries!There’s snacks when you arrive and a book she has put together with all kinds of info regarding the house, where to eat, things to do, etc.The pool is amazing and so warm-probably the only pool that is actually heated when advertised as heated. She has plenty of space outdoors for everyone to enjoy. There are kayaks she provides and we kayaked on the canal which was a lot of fun.The movie theater was so awesome!!! We watched a movie while reclining in the comfy seats.The beds were comfy, the bathrooms had plenty of towels. She was also very quick to respond with questions. This was truly the best experience I had at a VRBO. I would definitely come back to stay and will tell my family and friends I can’t say enough to thank Ellen for sharing her beautiful home.

Host: The host was incredible! The communication was welcoming, and she provided great tips on where to eat, places to visit, etc. Thank you!Property: The property was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4, and it would be great for larger groups as well. The pool was large enough to swim, play, or just relax in. And the outdoor tiki bar/lounge was great for relaxing while our kids were in the pooll. The kids loved fishing off the dock, and they caught some HUGE catfish and a few other types of fish with the fishing rods at the house. We LOVED the theater room and were able to watch the Olympics and movies in there. That was a huge hit and a feature that one that makes this property especially unique. In addition to the theater room, there were two other large sitting/living rooms with big comfortable couches and tvs. The bedrooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, enjoy coffee, and to just hang out. Overall, this is just a great property for a vacation!

We had a great stay in Ellen and Dan's home. House was well stocked with some extras and had a nice homey feel. Extra bonus of a theater room. Quiet neighborhood and was very close to downtown. Great communication with Ellen on any needs. Would stay again.

This VRBO is Excellent!! It felt like we were the first visitors in a new house. Spacious, Clean, Very completely equipped. The theatre room is an outstanding plus. So much space with dual living rooms and dining tables. Wonderful kitchen. Super-Duper heated pool with outdoor sitting areas and another outside dining table.A We loved our stay 10/10. Didn't want to leave. Ellen was a very good host.
