Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, pokój czysty, schludny. Wyposażenie kuchenki wyśmienite, łazienka bardzo ergonomiczna.

Słabo wygłuszone ściany, było słychać rozmowy sąsiadów. W pobliżu obecność kilku hurtowni, hałas przejeżdżających samochodów, aż tak bardzo nie przeszkadzał.
