This quaint farmhouse is located about 6 minutes (1.6 miles) from Lake Michigan beaches and Downtown South Haven. Enjoying South Haven come back and enjoy the big yard, plus smiles & laughter by the large firepit.
The farmhouse has been renovated with new LVP flooring on the main level, and there is a dining room, large kitchen, a living room, with TV, and a den/office area adjacent (recent tenants preferred the den/office area keeping it seperate and quiet from the Living room, for board games, reading, working and chats, etc.)
There is a full bathroom, with a bathtub on the main level.
There are four bedrooms, ~11x12', each with a closet. There is a small bathroom with a 36" shower on the upstairs level.
There is some A-C and a dehumidifier that helps to keep the farmhouse reasonably cooler and with lower humidity than outside. The whole house fan works well and is a nice natural way to cool the home when the temperature outside is lower than the inside temperature, and it cools the house quickly when this is used.
If you want lots of bedroom space and a place to stay, while visiting South Haven beaches and many nice restaurants and attractions, this is a nice place to do so, and a good value, compared to other 4 BR homes, but , please note, it does NOT have whole house A-C.
The yard has plenty of space to set outside, and there is a picnic table and a grill that may be used, although you may need to add propane to the small tank, and clean it up to your standards (it gets a rough cleaning, it is a nice grill, but, far from perfectly cleaned, again, just trying to be candid).
Adjacent to the yard is the big barn, pole barn garage, former chicken coop and an older 5th Wheel Montana RV (no admittance to any of these), that are used by Hidden Ponds RV Resort.
The RV Resort has a visitors pass required, but, if you request, we may allow you to have a day pass, without paying the $15/person fee, and use the heated pool and Wellness trail, as long as you follow all rules/regulations.
THERE IS NO ACCESS TO HIDDEN POND RV RESORT, without permission.

The owner(s) were great and communicated well. They addressed all concerns promptly. The set up of the house is unique but functional. The amenities were loved by our crew, and the location was great. Plenty of parking space. We will likely return.
