Accommodation: This superb 3 room apartment of 60 m2 in duplex has been completely refurbished by an interior architect. Ranked 3 stars and labeled 3 larchs by the Orres station, it offers large living spaces in a resolutely modern style with a neat decoration. Guests can enjoy free access to the residence's heated indoor pool and a private ski box.Exposed to the West, it offers a view of the mountains of the resort: the Mazelière, the Méale and the Pic Haut; as well as the valley of Serre-Ponçon below. It is on the eighth floor accessible by stairs, climbing the two floors that separate it from the entrance.It includes a large living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa and a connected TV; a bathroom with laundry (washing machine, dryer and iron). To feel at home, you will find in the kitchen all the necessary equipment to regain strength after your sports days: kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine, microwave combined oven, kitchen utensils and dishes, etc... You also enjoy the wifi connection included in this accommodation. The balcony with garden furniture will be ideal to enjoy a morning coffee while admiring the view. Enjoy a restful sleep thanks to a quality bedding: a first bedroom equipped with a TV and closets, with a double bed in 160 x 190 cm; and a second bedroom with two single beds in 90 x 190 cm and storage. Upstairs you will also have a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilets. You will be located on the heights of the resort about 50 meters from the boxes of ski lifts, about 200 meters from the main square of the 1800 Orres and its small shops (restaurants, bars, supermarket and regional products, etc.), and less than 200 meters from the start of the slopes and the many hiking trails for the summer. You can also visit the Orres 1650 station and its additional shops, which you can reach on foot in only ten minutes by taking the pedestrian path, lit at night, which descends through the forest.
