Welcome to Great Adventure on Keuka Lake, a beautiful Finger Lakes vacation rental perfect for your next family getaway! This spacious lakefront vacation home features a charming main house with farmhouse decor and a cozy guest suite above the detached garage, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.
The guest suite includes a private deck, kitchen, and two bedrooms—ideal for those who want their own retreat while staying close to family. The main house offers an open living area with picture windows overlooking the lake, a fully equipped country kitchen, and plenty of seating for relaxing or dining together.
Upstairs, you'll find comfortable bedrooms, including two with lake views, plus bathrooms to accommodate your whole group. Outside, enjoy a large lawn perfect for games, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and easy access to the lakefront with a beach house, dock, and swim raft. Kayaks and a canoe are provided for lake adventures.
Located just minutes from Penn Yan and Branchport, and close to Keuka Lake State Park, this vacation home is ideally situated for exploring the Finger Lakes region's wineries, hiking trails, and local attractions.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Unfortunately, the house was filthy when we checked in. The floors and bathrooms were dirty, as was the kitchen. We overcame this, as the house at the lake was spectacular with a refrigerator, bathroom ice maker and barbecue. We were able to spend long periods of time at the lake without climbing back to the main house. Additionally, there is no outdoor lighting on the deck at the main house so we were unable to have dinner outside.
It would have been helpful to know that the barn was also a distance and climb from the house with two bedrooms and the washer and dryer. The barn rooms are also shabby and had a musty smell that made it less desirable.
The area is lovely, with many day trips available for hiking, sightseeing and state parks abound. All in all, the trip was lovely but the house should have been clean. A manual of instructions on how to regulate the air temperature, use of the two TVs, and other helpful hints would have been useful.

Great property and Great Lake experience! House and property were great and allowed plenty of room for everyone to spread out. On a very quiet street. Only con is the roads nearing the house are very tight and tricky but doable. Will be staying here again!
