The three-star Cotin Bieu is located in the Cotentin region, in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, near the seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret, 500 m. from the beach, the golf course, the equestrian centre.
Ideally placed to visit our beautiful region: 45 minutes from the landing beaches. 100 km from Mont-Saint-Michel, not to mention the Pointe de la Hague, nicknamed "Little Scotland", 30 km away.
Le Cotin Bieu is an independent, quiet and bright house with an enclosed courtyard.
The living room includes a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a table football table for wild games.
A bedroom on the first floor, two single beds on the mezzanine popular with teenagers.
Two bunk beds provide an extra bed for children.
Two bathrooms: one with shower cubicle and bathtub, the other with walk-in shower.
Two toilets.
Shed with washing machine and sink to clean the catch of the day. closed room to store your bikes.
