Beautiful and unique boho chic villa in top location. Completely surrounded by greenery, very private location, yet close to the pleasant village of Altea La Vella with nice restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the golf course. Altea Beach is a 5-minute drive away and the larger resorts of Calpe and Benidorm are a 15-minute drive away. The house consists of 2 floors downstairs with the comfortable kitchen fully equipped, a spacious living room with dining area and cozy round seating area, adjacent to a room-wide covered terrace with a view. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom has an adjoining terrace. The villa has a huge outdoor area with a private swimming pool, multi-level terraces and gardens, covered and open, so that there can always be found a place in the sun or in the shade to completely enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view. over the Mediterranean sea and the mountains.
