    I stayed at Murli Manohar Palace, Vrindavan from 9th to 14th May 2026. Overall, I had a fine experience during my stay, and the location of the property was definitely a plus, making it convenient while visiting Vrindavan. I had booked a Deluxe Room, however the room provided to us was different from what was shown in the booking images. Although the alternative room was comfortable, it felt more like a standard room rather than the deluxe category I had expected. One area where I feel improvement is needed is the washroom condition, as it was not up to the level I was expecting and could definitely be maintained better. Overall, the stay was decent and comfortable, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of matching guest expectations and overall room quality.

    Hotel staff not supported. The room was very dirty, in bad condition, and smelly. Bathroom is also chief condition. Service is very poor
