Ranui sleeps up to 8 people, is perfectly located within walking distance of central Queenstown, is only 25 minutes drive to Coronet Peak and has beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.
With a central location, Queenstown views and plenty of space, this villa will tick all the boxes for your Queenstown stay.
The layout is perfect for families or a group of friends. The four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and living spaces are spread over three levels.
The Space:
Warm & luxurious Villa with stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows over looking Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable Mountain ranges.
This villa is located on a quiet private road but still a short 10 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown.
The large open plan living area, kitchen & dining room are huge and overlook Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkable Mountain range. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax with a book or a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir and watch the impressive view and sunsets over the Lake.
This fully stocked villa comes with everything you could possible need including a coffee machine central heating, fire place and air conditioning.
There are four large bedrooms (two with super King-size beds and two with King-size beds that can be split into twin beds) all boasting luxurious cotton bed linen. Both master bedrooms suites have direct access to the deck & spa pool, and both bedrooms have luxury en-suite shower rooms. For those groups with small children there is also a stunning family bathroom with a massive bath.
Ski and snowboard storage area in the garage with Boot warmer.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!
Getting Around:
The Villa is conveniently located on popular Queenstown Hill just a 3 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.
Other Things to Note:
We look after 45 villas in Queenstown.
If there is a travel restriction due to Covid and you cannot return home we will do everything we can to make sure you have a cost effective villa to stay in until the borders open and you can return home :)
Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.
For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.
To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.
