Elegant luxury apartment with stunning views of Arrocito Bay, direct access to a quiet beach, and high-speed fiber-optic internet. Stylishly furnished, it features two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with two queen-size beds), two full bathrooms—one with an indoor-outdoor shower overlooking the ocean—a fully equipped kitchen, and terraces perfect for dining while enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. High-quality amenities, air conditioning, and spaces ideal for relaxing or working.
The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses are very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own private terrace. The living room features a dedicated area for watching TV. The closets are spacious and there is plenty of room for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary amenities. Access to the beach is easy and convenient. It’s important to note that the apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator.
The apartment is completely private. The only shared areas are the outdoor spaces. There are 3 communal pools within the complex.
During your stay, you’ll have the constant support of our property managers, who will take the best possible care of you. They can also help you with anything you need in Huatulco (restaurant reservations, transportation services, general assistance, etc.).

Everything about this property was top notch. The communication with the owner and management staff was excellent. The home itself is beautiful, well maintained, and had everything you could desire in a rental property. Arrocito beach is adjacent and is a great for swimming and snorkeling. Just a short drive to town for shopping, restaurants, and other lovely beaches. Our favourite was enjoying the gorgeous sunrises from the deck. Thank you for the lovely holiday.
