This waterfront property comes with a large deck, private dock and floating dock steps from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths / a very open kitchen and living area. Master Bedroom with doors to the deck. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Screened in porch with table and chairs. The house is close to Kowaliga Marina and Restaurant, Chimney Rock, A mile from Anchor Bay Marina, Spring House restaurant and more. Some say it is the best location on the lake. You are welcome to bring your boat. House can comfortably hold six guests. It is a quiet neighborhood so we ask that you respect our wonderful neighbors. No pets allowed.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The location was perfect with beautiful views of the water. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and everyone we met was so welcoming. One of our favorite parts was using the kayaks — such a fun way to enjoy the lake and relax. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave. We would absolutely come back again!
