Zur Kaiserin - im Süden Berlins

Nice and spacious apartment in a quiet suburb, the location seemed very safe to us. Anika, the host, lives next door and was waiting for us upon our arrival to hand over the keys and explain everything. There were even fresh flowers in a vase waiting for us in the living room, which never happened to us before. It's obvious that Anika wants her guests to feel more than welcome and does not hesitate to go far behind the expected level of services. The apartment is nicely furnished and has a balcony overlooking the garden/inner yard. Supermarket and bakery about 5minutes walking distance, the train station with direct and fast connection to the city center about 10 minutes. We had a very pleasant stay that met all our expectations and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Maybe a regular-size fridge would be better than the tiny one provided :-) Also the pull-away sofa was not the most comfortable we've ever slept on, but for the three nights we managed.

Bellissimo quartiere comodo alla metro, appartamento spazioso e confortevole. Balconcino delizioso e immerso nel verde.

Frigorifero minuscolo

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie po kompletnym remoncie w starej kamienicy. Gospodarze włożyli dużo swojej pracy i pieniędzy, żeby tak przygotować i urządzić mieszkanie wakacyjne. Niczego tam nie brakuje,jak ktoś urządzał mieszkanie w IKEA to będzie się czuł jak u siebie. Jeśli oceniać czystość w skali od 1 (źle) do 10 (bardzo dobrze) to powinno być 12 !!! W łazience oprócz wanny jest duży prysznic z deszczownicą (na zdjęciach apartamentu go nie widać) Auto można zaparkować za darmo na ulicy zaraz na przeciwko domu. Nie ma problemu z miejscami do parkowania. Do stacji S-Bahn jest blisko na piechotę przez piękną i spokojną okolicę.

krzesła przy stole w jadalni są mało wygodne zmywarkę do naczyń trzeba przymocować do mebli kuchennych, bo jak jest pełna naczyń to mogą wyjechać z szufladą

Die Lage im Herzen Marienfeldes ist top, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind wirklich toll. Auch die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert.

2. OG ohne Aufzug im - sehr schön modernisierten - Altbau muss man wissen und vertragen können. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden!
