HACCA Collection - Porta Venezia Attic 2BR

We loved this cute little place! We were there during an EXTREME heat wave and we were pleasantly surprised at how well the air conditioning kept up. Very comfortable for sleeping. Although no air conditioning in the bathroom so that was a little warm. The keyless entry was a little tricky for us at first. Good to note that unlocking the door requires 2-3 full rotations of the lock. Also important to note that the elevator only goes to the 4th floor then you walk up one more floor. Not a problem for us, but good to know. I liked that we were on the 5th floor to minimize noise from the street.

The location was ideal for exploring Milan, Metro and trams both within a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of options for eating out and supermarket close by

Not big gripes, but the Vikey process can be a bit tricky to master for accessing the apartment.

The 2 large double bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen area had everything you’d need for a weekend. Bathroom and the entire apartment was spotless clean on arrival. Great location with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance plus a metro stop 2 mins walk away.

I think the keyless access to the apartment is a good idea but you had to make sure your phone was always charged so having a physical key entry to the apartment also would be useful.

Un ático muy bonito,cómodo y limpio. Un poco excesivo el proceso del chek-in, con videollamada incluida. La reserva muy confusa ,en la página de Booking reserve por un precio y luego mediante wassap me pedían un importe adicional por 100€ de limpieza ,casi el mismo valor de la reserva del alojamiento, al final Booking respondió por las condiciones pactadas.

La falta de claridad en los precios, el excesivo control para hacer el check-in y la ubicación un poco alejada del centro.
