Loved the hostess of the property. She was extremely kind, communicative and helpful. The location of the homestay is definitely a plus point as you get everything from groceries to medicines to ATM machine just within the property. The homestay was clean and there are cleaners at your disposal if you want to get the house cleaned at any time of your stay which was good.
Not much to say on this except that I would suggest few more cutlery items in the kitchen could be added for the guests.

The property was clean and the owner was very pleasant and courteous to interact
The location was disappointing - I was hoping for Jalukbaari proper but, this is in Sundarbaari. The approach into the room was dusty and the corridor and steps have not been swept or mopped for ages.
The space is just nice for single accommodation and tight for two.
The bathroom is extremely small
The mattress felt hard on the back
