Harmony Point

The place was spotless, modern, and perfectly located in a peaceful area with a view of the city and the sea. It had everything we needed, including a lovely yard to relax in. The hosts were absolutely wonderful – kind, helpful, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean and located on the first floor, which is accessible by stairs. The host is very dedicated, friendly, helpful, considers your needs regarding weather or temperature, and really tries to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Everything you need is provided - more than enough dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils (pots, a large pan). Smart TV with a Google operating system for various streaming apps and a VPN for geoblocking. There is a pull-out couch for cozy TV evenings, but also a second TV in the bedroom with a very comfortable and clean bed, and an additional couch. There are also more than enough blankets (4), extra covers, and several towels. The shower is very spacious. A large, free parking space is right across the street or directly in front of the gate. There is also a small market where you can buy the essentials. In addition, the accommodation has a pleasant garden at the back and a very large/long balcony on the street side. We were very satisfied, even though the honking and traffic noise prevented us from sleeping in. The balcony doors may need to be readjusted - they don't close completely and can no longer guarantee sound insulation. When you press against the doors, it becomes noticeably quieter. Otherwise, you might think that a window is open, even though everything is closed. During the night itself, however, it was okay because there was very little traffic. But as soon as the sun comes up and the first people start walking around outside or an acquaintance drives by, the honking starts.

Only the balcony doors need to be readjusted, otherwise, everything is great and very satisfactory.

Это чудесный дом! Это двухэтажный дом, на первом этаже черновой вариант( никто не живет ) а на втором со своим входом эти замечательные апартаменты. Чисто , много места, уютно , приятно находиться там. Огромный балкон с шикарным видом. Так же есть личный свой сад. Парковка напротив дома . Есть кофе и турка .сахар и соль . На кухне вся посуда . Я с удовольствием рекомендую это место.
