    From check in to check out everything was amazing. Our stay was just for one night but we could have stayed for another month….. it was like being transported into the islands. The staff were amazing pool vibes were just what was needed for a very relaxing afternoon and evening. Thanks for a great stay we will be back.

    We entertained relatives for the weekend. Now we will be planning an additional getaway with them and thier adult children, for next September. 2027 around this time. we will need to wait a couple of weeks to plan and reserve.

    ⭐️⭐️ My Experience at Margaritaville — Disappointed With the Follow-Through My husband and I decided to have a little staycation at Margaritaville, and unfortunately, the experience did not end the way we had hoped. Overall, the resort was nice, and we were excited to relax and enjoy a night away from home. There were a few minor issues with our room, including a slight smell and dusty vents, but those alone wouldn’t have ruined our stay. Around 1:30 a.m., however, we were repeatedly awakened by a flashing white light in the room. We contacted the front desk, and maintenance came up within minutes. We were told there was nothing they could do about the light until around 7–8 a.m. We tried to go back to sleep but were unsuccessful, so we ultimately decided to leave and go home. When we checked out, we were offered a different room, but by that point we were already leaving. What made this especially disappointing was that the entire reason for our staycation was to relax and not have to worry about the normal things we do at home—making coffee, cooking breakfast, doing dishes, etc. Instead, I was home the next morning doing exactly those things after getting very little sleep. I contacted management to discuss a reasonable resolution. The initial offer was a refund of our early check-in and parking fees, totaling approximately $95. I didn’t feel that adequately addressed the fact that we were unable to actually enjoy the overnight stay we had paid for. I explained that I wasn’t looking for something for nothing. I would actually like the opportunity to come back and experience Margaritaville the way we intended to the first time. Management said they would escalate the matter to the Director of Operations. I have now given Margaritaville a full week to find a resolution, and unfortunately, I still have not received a response. That’s the part that is most disappointing to me. Things happen. Rooms have maintenance issues. I understand that. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong. I’m still hopeful that someone from management will reach out and make this right, but after a week of waiting, I’m disappointed with the lack of follow-up.
