About this house rental
Upon entry into this charming property you will walk into our foyer. Leading to your right is the door to the single car garage utilized as the "game room" housing the ping pong table, chairs and access to the small fenced run. Also on this ground level is the fully stocked laundry area complete with a full sized washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
Continue up the stairs to the middle story and be welcomed into the newly updated open concept living room with private South facing balcony doors, fold out sofa, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, spacious dining area, half bath and the completely updated kitchen housing new stainless steel appliances and new counter tops.
The larger bedroom ensuite houses a Queen sized bed and a twin daybed with a trundle, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a private East facing balcony looking towards the Red River Ski Area and the Carson National Forest. The Master bedroom features it's own bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a king sized bed, flat screen TV and it's own private South facing balcony towards Caribel Condos...

My husband and I stayed in one half of the unit and our friends, stayed in the other. There was a locking door that connected the two units. Though there were just two of us in each unit, it was roomy enough to accommodate more guests. We were very pleased with the property. It was spacious, comfortable, and very functional. It had everything we needed.
The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, etc., and it had a large full size refrigerator. There was a good sized living room which was open to the kitchen and there were lots of windows and doors to allow in light and or fresh air, with multiple decks on the middle and upper floors. The two bedrooms were on the top floor, each with its own bathroom with tub/shower combo. We really loved the outdoor space on the River Rider unit. It had great outdoor furniture for relaxing, a gas grill, and a fire pit, and a string of overhead lights. It overlooked the scenic Red River. We saw deer next to the river a couple of different nights. It was convenient to the commercial district of town but was in a beautiful setting and was very quiet at night. We would recommend this to others.
