Located in the heart of the city you are just minutes to downtown via car or Uber, walking distance to south Broadway featuring fun restaurants & bars, close to Denver University and Pearl Street. Owner and Property Manager were very responsive to texts / questions. The property was just like what was represented in the photos. The most well stocked kitchen (plates, bowels, cups, silverware, appliances, spices etc.) that I have ever seen in a VRBO. Several good restaurants within walking distance of the property. 10-15 min drive / Uber ride to downtown. Under 15 miles to the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.I would absolutely stay here again.

Had everything we needed, and very responsive! Loved the hot tub anything was clean and great!

The home was beautiful. We chose it because it looked perfect for our one year old with baby gates. If you are looking for a home safe for kids just be aware that the full length mirrors are not secured to the walls, they are just leaned against them. Our baby easily broke one which we will have to replace - So double check them.
