Casa super bem equipada e fucional orgnizada de forma inteligente para garantir a privacidade e ao mesmo tempo acesso compartilhado aos espaços comuns. Da oara chegar a pè tanto no centrinho de Santo Amaro quanto nas dunas, pois a fica no meio do caminho entre as duas
