Welcome to 1777 Decatur! This unique condo features a spacious layout with over 1,500 square feet of room to enjoy with your friends and family the next time you are in Keystone. The rustic mountain decor brings a special charm to this 2 bedroom located in Lakeside Village. With the dining area, living room, and kitchen in one common area; there is plenty of space to enjoy time together throughout your entire stay. The dining table seats up to 8 people with additional seating in the living room for 4. The living room features a sizeable sectional couch, which pulls out to a sofa sleeper for 2, facing the wood-burning fireplace. Complimentary re-stocks of wood are available via giving SkyRun a call during your stay. Enjoy stainless steel appliances in the kitchen while you cook your favorite meals. Just off of the living space, relax on the large deck with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain ranges and Keystone Lake, and take advantage of the private grill and seating for a summer cookout.
In the spacious primary bedroom, there is a king sized bed and large windows letting in an ample amount of natural light. Take delight in the convenience of an ensuite prinary bathroom with a double vanity and separate water closet with a bathtub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have storage space for your belongings during your stay.
The common areas of Decatur feature ski lockers for each unit, the key will be hanging inside of the condo. A short walk toward Keystone Lake and you will find the pool house which features a swimming pool and hot tub. During the summer, enjoy the communal patio at the pool-house with lounge chairs and a communal grill overlooking the lake. Take your family and friends out for ice skating in the winter and paddle boating in the summer on Keystone Lake, just a short walk from this condo. Lakeside Village also features several options for dining including the Edgewater Cafe, Tenderfoot Lounge, Xtreme Pizza, and Bighorn Steakhouse. A couple of other fun activities in Lakeside include yoga at Studio K and creating your own pottery at Ready, Paint, Fire! The free Keystone Shuttle system picks up every 15 minutes from Decatur and can take you to River Run or Mountain House base area to ski or enjoy other activities in Keystone.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is convenient - right on the lake and bus route to the mountain. Incredibly spacious for our family and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the pool, which is just a short walk away. It could have been a bit cleaner in spots, but overall clean — just heavily used as a great space for families, so some wear and tear. Beware that this is a CONDO COMPLEX and CONDO where you’ll need to carry your things up and down stairs/to and from your car. There is an elevator and luggage carts, but the garage is only for owners and it’s the only entrance on the elevator level. About 5 stairs up from the ground floor to the elevator and then another two flights DOWN to the condo itself. Only minor setback, but if you’re not physically able to lift heavy objects up and down stairs at elevation, I would recommend rethinking. Again, great condo and we loved our stay, just some things to think about before you book.

We enjoyed the property for the most part: huge, great location, pretty views, clean. The main problem was that the heat was set to top out at a temp that left me freezing. I had to gather all the blankets to sleep warmly. The condo needs updating but with paint, carpet and new furniture it would be stunning. Overall it was good enough.

So everything about the property was amazing! We stayed at 1777 Decatur. The view, very clean, quiet and comfy. It was just me my husband and 2 kids, 4 and 10 years old. It could have fit 8 people. It was big! It had everything you would need to cook it had a portable fan which is a very big deal for me because I sleep with a fan every night mostly for the noise. It is nice and quiet there but so quiet that I wouldve been able to sleep without one. We had a great big balcony with a grill. We did stay during the Coronavirus and we came from Florida. The day we landed I got a email saying not to come but they did end up letting us stay from Mon to Wed. even though we were supposed to stay till Sat. They did refund all our money and gave us half off for the days we stayed. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is having to leave I had to look for another place to stay and ended up finding one 2 min away and they let us stay because we could not change our travel plans which was a summit County rule that they could have abided by by letting us stay. In the other place we were literally the only ones staying and because of that my kids got to see snow for the first time. The pool and hot tub were closed which was to be expected and other then that didnt seem like much to do other then a playground. But we did love it anyway for the time we stayed.
