The owners live in an independent studio located at the back of the house, with a separate entrance. Discreet and benevolent, they remain available when needed, while respecting your tranquility. You will fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the swimming pool, entirely reserved for your use. The only common area will be the parking lot. Depending on your time convenience, the owners will ensure the maintenance of the swimming pool and the watering of the garden, so that you can enjoy the outdoors in the best conditions and without constraint.
