Amish built log cabins with all Amish made furniture. Each cabin comes with its own firepit area, grill and outdoor furniture, linens, cookware, place settings, high speed WIFI, and two smart TV's to log into your own streaming service accounts. There is a large greenspace area for the kids to play and direct access to miles of paved bike trails, off road ATV trails and close proximity to The International Wolf Center, North American Bear Center, Dorthy Molter Museum and local dining and shopping; all while maintaining a north-woods feel and intimate privacy. With your complimentary Kevlar canoe, you can get out and explore America's largest, completely motor free wilderness. Enjoy world class walleye, northern pike, small mouth bass and lake trout fishing or ruffed grouse, deer, bear and waterfowl hunting. This is one of four lovely little cabins on the edge of Ely. The furnishings were very nice, the place was cared for, and it was very clean. Five of us stayed very comfortably for two nights. The cabin and furniture are beautifully made. Check-in was very easy with a lockbox with a code to access the key. The screened-in front porch and fire pit were nice to enjoy. If we had more time, we definitely would have used the canoe that comes with the cabin.

This was perfect little weekend getaway with aFew of our grandkids and to have it as a center point to take them to the wolf center one day and the bear center the next day plus we hiked around the local lake there in town and browsed the stores. Perfect.

This property was a great base camp for a day trip into the Boundary Waters. We were hosting out of town family and our usual full canoe trip wasn’t a fit. We loved this tiny house, and it had everything we needed. We had 4 married couples plus a single and we all slept comfortably. The kitchen had what we needed to cook as well. The screen porch was generous in size, and was thoroughly enjoyed.
