Coral Kai is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This large one-story villa offers a sizable sandy beach that's perfect for long walks or just a lazy afternoon. Excellent snorkeling is just steps from the back door!
The large, oceanfront freshwater pool is elevated, allowing guests to soak in the wonderful ocean views while they swim. Coral Kai is less than a mile from the Rum Point Club, so guests can easily step out for water sports, drinks, lunch, or dinner.
Coral Kai's full-width, shaded veranda offers a place to relax in outdoor sectional sofas or lounge chairs; cool tile floors and outdoor dining tables make it the perfect place to unwind after a day of surf and sand. A propane grill next to the pool makes for effortless outdoor dining.

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival-- we try our best to work around Mother Nature.

Easy check in and out. House was just as pictured. Beds were comfortable and house was well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Wi-Fi was not great and we didn’t have it for the first part of our week but we arrived shortly after the horrible hurricane in Jamaica so it was not a surprise. I would suggest to others to wait for better weather after hurricane season is over. Enjoyed the few restaurants close by and the crystal caves.

This was a vacation that we will always remember! We had ten family members on this and had plenty of space. We spent most of our time on the patio in the morning and evenings. We loved that the beautiful beach was only a few steps away and enjoyed the pool, too. We rented a van to travel around the island. We truly enjoyed this trip,and we look forward to returning again soon.

We stayed here with two families. Five adults and five kids ages 7-68. We loved the space, the pool, the beach, the closeness to Rum Point, Kaibo and starfish beach. One suggestion: go to the grocery store as you leave the airport. The grocery stores on the north and east side are tiny and have almost no meat. Other than that all was good!
