About this house rental
Mountain Music Cabin is a 3-bedroom chalet tucked into the Chiwawa pines, positioned right between Leavenworth and Stevens Pass Ski Resort and 18.8 miles from downtown Leavenworth. Sleeping up to 8, it's a welcoming base for families and groups who want trails, slopes, and lake days within easy reach — with plenty of cabin character to come home to.
The main floor is built for gathering, with the living and dining rooms meeting in the middle and a fully stocked kitchen ready for cabin comfort food. A wood stove sets the scene for a cozy night in, and the main-floor king bedroom means no stairs to climb at bedtime. Upstairs, a secret reading nook known as the "Cub Den" is a favorite with the kids.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 8:
Main floor bedroom — king bed with hotel-quality linens
Upstairs bedroom — twin bed
Upstairs bedroom — queen bed plus twin trundle
Common area — sofa bed
Outside, wake up with coffee on the porch among the pines. There's parking for 4–5 vehicles and an outdoor outlet for EV charging — good to know if you're road-tripping in. Positioned between Leavenworth and Stevens Pass, the cabin keeps biking and hiking trails, snowmobile routes, and beautiful Fish Lake within easy reach year-round. Traveling with a larger group? Ask about our adjoining cabin, Mountain Music Lodge, within walking distance and able to sleep up to 10.
A few things to know: This home does not have a dishwasher.
There is no air conditioning in this home, but it has fans provided for your comfort.
The cabin has a freestanding wood stove (wood not provided — you can pick it up at gas stations and grocery stores in Leavenworth, or bring your own).
A BBQ with propane is available.
There is an exterior security camera facing the driveway.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

We enjoyed staying in this spacious cabin! Only comment is the little fence in the backyard is falling down and not secure enough for unleashed potty breaks. But besides that our stay here was great and we would stay here again.

Very important: NO AIR CONDITIONING AND HOUSE IS HOT. It does say property doesn’t have AC in listing but be sure your know this.
House only has one very small bathroom with small shower, so if you have 6-8 people it’s a challenge. Shower does have issue with water damage, poor caulking and tiles broken. Also in downstairs bedroom, carpet had big circular stain. It did have good WIFI and fast Internet speeds.
The price was the best part, but for a little more I’d highly recommend paying it.
