About this house rental
This beautifully updated home sits on a large lot with breathtaking ocean and river views. Beaches, Redwoods, fishing, kayaking, and hiking are all within minutes. When you are finished adventuring for the day, relax on the balcony or around the fire pit and watch the sunset over the ocean
The home is directly across from the mouth of the Smith River. Where the river meets the ocean it creates a natural sanctuary to explore - home to seals, otters, pelicans, ospreys, and even the occasional whale.
This home includes 3 large bedrooms upstairs, plus a rec room / studio with a pool table, foosball table, and pull-out beds if you are bringing the whole crew!

The large balcony has a table and chairs for outdoor dining with incredible views of the ocean and mouth of the Smith River

Great house with charming first floor and game room downstairs with a 3rd bathroom, pullout couch, TV and small kitchenette. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was nicely equipped for us to make dinner. Easy access off the highway. Would stay again!

Ryan was great and the house was perfect for us. It had so many extras in the kitchen, downstairs game area, and even for heading out to the beach.

Such an amazing and clean home. I absolutely loved this stay and would love to revisit! The host was so workable and quick to reply with any questions. The location was perfect, very private with a great view!
