It has a suite with a double bed and a clothes rack for storing clothes and luggage. In the second bedroom, you'll find two single beds and four additional mattresses, offering even more flexibility to accommodate your family or friends. Both bedrooms have new 12,000 BTU air conditioners to keep the environment cool and comfortable. For your convenience, we provide bed linens. It has a living room with a sofa, TV, and ceiling fan. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential items so you can prepare your meals practically and conveniently, making you feel at home. It also has a new cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, and other appliances. We recently added a prefabricated barbecue grill to the house so you can have your barbecue there in a more private setting. But if you prefer, Residencial Verdemar offers a shared barbecue area, perfect for socializing with other guests. It also has a large swimming pool with a sea view, which makes it even more charming.
