About this apartment rental
Ideal location: facing the sea, on the seawall (pedestrian promenade), the beach at the foot and 5 minutes from shops and restaurants.
L'Escapade is a small duplex recently renovated and tastefully decorated, bathed in light, located on the second floor and with all the necessary comfort for 2 to 4 people:
- a living/dining room with 110 cm connected TV (access to Netflix, Prime Video... with your account)
- a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, duvet and pillows
- an upstairs bedroom with two 90x190 single beds (in the spirit of a cabin, ideal for children!), duvets and pillows
- a new and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave oven, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle
- a new bathroom with spacious shower, washbasin, hairdryer, towel radiator
- a separate toilet with washbasin
- a free WIFI connection.
Mandatory cleaning fee (50 €).
Possibility of renting bed linen and towels on prior reservation (20 €/pers).
Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
Deposit cheque of 500 € (returned after inventory of fixtures if everything is OK).

You will also find: cinema, casino, water park, golf, water sports centre (sand yachting, sailing, kayaking, paddle, kite surfing, longe-côtes, etc.), equestrian centre, bike rental, tennis courts, many restaurants and brasseries. Open-air market on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
