Fortezza Sea Breeze Anne is a fully renovated (2024) 65m² two-bedroom apartment located just below the historic Venetian Fortezza castle in Rethymno Old Town. Set in a quiet pedestrian area, it offers panoramic views of the Cretan Sea from its private balcony.
The apartment is arranged on two levels.
Ground floor:
-Living and dining area
-Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker
-Bathroom with a shower
-Dedicated workspace
-High-speed internet via 5G router
Upper level:
-A bedroom with a double bed and a dressing table
-Second bedroom with two single beds in a wooden loft-style space, also featuring a dressing table with chair and mirror
-Air conditioning (cooling and heating) is available in the living area and in both bedrooms.

The Venetian harbour, museums, central market, cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Upon request, bicycle and car rental can be arranged through trusted local partners.
Chania International Airport is approximately 70 km away, and airport transfer can be arranged upon request.
Parking:
The property is located inside the pedestrian Old Town (no car access). Free street parking is usually available around the Fortezza area (3–5 min walk).
Paid parking is also available approximately 200 meters away.
