This newly renovated 30m² 1-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of a quiet building with elevator access. Updated in 2025, it’s a bright and comfortable space designed for long stays.
With a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, it can host up to four guests. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or professionals, it’s fully equipped for everyday living!

- Fully equipped ( Washing machine, Nespresso machine, oven, stove...)
- 4th floor with elevator
- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay.

Peaceful family-friendly neighborhood with classic Parisian charm.
Surrounded by boulangeries, neighborhood cafés, and local shops.
Well-connected by public transport, you’ll have easy access to central Paris, making it easy to explore while enjoying the calm of a more refined Parisian lifestyle.
Getting Around:
Closest metro station is just a short walk away, making city access easy and convenient: Porte de Saint-Cloud (Line 9) | Exelmans (Line 9) | Michel-Ange Molitor (Line 9 & 10) | Chardon Lagache (Line 10)
The area is also served by several bus lines and nearby bike-sharing stations, giving you flexible ways to get around.
Direct metro lines to major sights like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Montmartre.
