-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.

We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. If you know there will be guests you really need to set that to be cool for their arrival. That was miserable. The bugs came in so really need screen on front door or do something different to detour them from swarming in. I get we are in country but when we are renting and we want to keep place nice,it is hard because I swatted and cleaned up bugs for awhile after we came back in. The view was spectacular. Our guys had a bit of trouble getting down to the lake side since no steps but they still got down there yo do some fishing. There was a lot of debri in that little cove end. Wish could find a way to collect it and then clean it out weekly, keep I looking nice and fresh. The one pool was super busy and needed some repairs in lining and around it. The other pool was not busy but filter was not working because a lot of bugs and debri in it and very little parking. But we still made the best of it and had a great time!! We have been there 3 times now and really want to look into a purchase or a time share, something. We love it there!!
