Easy check-in with coded keypad. House is very warm and inviting. Fully stocked kitchen, garage with ping pong table, 3 separate levels with plenty of bedrooms and space for large families. Property was stocked well with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries. Communication was great with hosts, quick responses.
There was an issue with the hot tub. It was one of the filters I used when booking and we were looking forward to using it. I know things like this happen so I would like to add that the hosts did send someone out right away to try to fix the hot tub for us, however it needed a part and a few other things to be done to it so unfortunately it was not available for use for us during our stay. We had great communication throughout this issue, and I feel that the hosts did everything they could to satisfy this matter for us.
