Brand new, very clean!
It was an awesome place but the mattresses on the beds were much too tall. I was the shortest person in the group at 5 foot. The others, who were teens weren’t between 2-5 inches taller than AND they had difficulty with the beds. I thought I had reserved a place with a king bed in one room and bunk beds in the other. It turned out to be 2 king beds. The description was confusing. BUT about the only thing I’d change was the height of the beds!
