Нино и Александр очень приветливые хозяева. Мы пользовались стиральной машиной, когда нужно. Есть утюг и гладильная доска в общем коридоре. Чистота просто идеальная! Очень большая и удобная терраса со столиками и стульями. Мини-кухня на террасе. Тихий грузинский дворик в самом центре Кобулети с видом на фонтан. До рынка 3 мин пешком.
Все было просто замечательно.

Excellent central location in a nice neighborhood. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was quick and easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. All the toiletries were provided by the host. Enjoyed spending time in the evening on the balcony on those fluffy couches :) Btw, the location is very central. Literally in front of the main square. Easy to get to the beach (50 meters) and lots of shops, restaurants around. Would definitely stay again!
