La ubicación me favoreció acorde a mis necesidades en ese momento, aunque una avenida muy concurrida si lograba escuchar un poco los carros, el resto de las instalaciones muy agradable y espaciosa con sus muebles organizados y muy limpios.
Ésta vez tuve que viajar con mis mascotas pequeñas (2) y al momento de la reserva presentaba la opción que aceptaba mascotas, di seguimiento y durante mi estancia me advirtieron que no era posible, la persona fue amable al dirigirse, de mi parte estuvieron controlados. fué extraño porque en la reserva aparecía no mascotas.

Good size for the family with an adult daughter. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are very comfortable to organise the stay. Full size kitchen is also very handy for having breakfast every morning and some dinners. To dine out in La Paz is quite expensive and not always safe (had a food poisoning twice!!) Communication with the host is very efficient. And the “cherry on the top “ is a private parking.
The bedrooms are facing a busy (especially in the morning) road and a gas station across the street. There is quite noisy industrial laundromat right the next door. There’s not well maintained patio lacking some decoration (flowers, plants, some patio furniture)which would make it possible to use sometimes. There is no option to dry out the wet stuff (beach towels, swimsuits).

The place is wonderful and comfortable and very clean. The host was very accommodating and kind, location is wonderful it’s in the heart of downtown walking distance to everything near malecón (boardwalk). Very safe with private gate/driveway. Parking under the shade is priceless, the air conditioning in each room and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot water works wonderfully.
