The awful smell that emitted from the bathroom area The fact that you have to climb 4 floors to reach the apartment. Extremely tiring…. but this is mentioned in the reviews. Surprisingly, what wasn’t mentioned was the presence of very hungry mosquitoes. The entrance area is part of a construction project, and had pieces of masonry across the staircase.

The location was wonderful, same for the views. Apartment was spacious and check-in process was smooth.

As we visited Santa Pola off season, this apartment was vacant for more than a week before our stay. That resulted in pillows and bed sheets being damp and we had to improvise.

El apartamento estaba completo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. La ubicación era perfecta, si no fuera por la segunda parte.

La reserva se hizo con un bebé menor de un año y no se nos avisó en ningún momento de que se trataba de un tercero sin ascensor. El edificio estaba en obras estando la parte baja apuntalada, como puede verse en las fotos incluso dentro del edificio, los pilares estaban al descubierto y se veía la calle por los agujeros. No se podía hacer uso del aparcamiento del edificio por las obras, ya que estaba impedida la entrada por una cubeta. Por último, las tuberías del baño de la habitación soltaban un olor insoportable y la ducha no tenía presión.
