We really appreciated the property’s location, which was very convenient for us at that time. We especially liked the small private yard, which was perfect for our dog and felt very safe. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, and we slept very well during our stay. We also liked the comfortable bed in the bedroom.

The property is located in Praha 6 – Suchdol, which is not yet included in Prague’s parking zones, meaning that parking in this area is normally free. We appreciated that the apartment offered private parking; however, we were surprised that it comes with an additional cost of approximately 10 EUR/night. This information was mentioned in the “About me” section of the Booking advertisement, but we believe that such an important detail would be more helpful if stated directly in the main description, especially for guests unfamiliar with Prague. The dog fee is approximately additional 15 EUR/night. Again, the exact amount was not clearly visible in the main advertisement. After travelling across three continents with our dog, we personally find this fee relatively high. Upon arrival, we noticed a very strong chemical fragrance coming from several scent devices placed throughout the apartment. The smell was intense enough that our dog reacted negatively. We would suggest using fewer fragrance products, as a more neutral environment may be more comfortable for guests. The cleanliness could also be improved. The sofa where our children were sleeping appeared to need more attention, and the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly enough, with hair still present in several places. The door leading to the yard also requires repair, and the outdoor lights were not working. Finally, a small but appreciated addition would be a coffee machine or at least a simple coffee filter option, as we could not find any way to prepare coffee in the kitchen. We appreciated the location and the concept of the apartment, and we believe that addressing these details would significantly improve the experience for future guests.

Lokalita a samotné ubytovanie. Čistota zariadenia, tiché a pokojné miesto, blízkosť do centra, blízkosť do prírody, vhodné pre domácich maznáčikov.

Nemám negatívnu skúsenosť. Všetko bolo v poriadku.
